After some time away, our in-house brewery is finally back in action, and we couldn’t be more excited! We’re starting strong with two exceptional brews—Hefway There and Hazing Saddles—and this is just the beginning. Expect fresh, handcrafted beers flowing once again, with new flavors on the horizon.

A New Chapter
for Our Brewery

Our brewery has always been at the heart of what we do—crafting unique, high-quality beers that pair perfectly with our chef-driven menu. While our brewing operations have been on pause, the passion for great beer never left. Now, with our taps flowing again, we’re ready to bring you bold, flavorful brews that celebrate our craft and our community.

From crisp, refreshing wheat beers to hop-forward IPAs, we’re getting back to what we do best—brewing beer that’s worth the wait.

Meet Nick
Our Brewer

Behind every great beer is a great brewer, and Nick is the mastermind bringing bold flavors and fresh ideas to our taps. His journey into craft brewing started at the award-winning Riverlands Brewing Company, where he honed his skills and developed a knack for creating unique, unforgettable beers that keep people coming back for more.

Before brewing, Nick served five years in the United States Marine Corps as a mechanic for F/A-18 Hornets. Precision, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of excellence defined his time in the service—qualities that now shape his approach to brewing. Whether fine-tuning a recipe, perfecting a pour, or experimenting with new ingredients, Nick puts his all into every batch.

Outside the brewery, Nick is all about family. He’s been happily married for nearly a decade and is a proud dad of two. When he’s not crafting the perfect pint, you’ll find him coaching his son’s Tee-ball team in the spring or cheering on his daughter at her ballet performances.
